As the
tallest building in the South for decades, the Dade County Courthouse
was known for
its brightly illuminated facade as early as 1928. In
1988, the famous artist, Claes Oldenburg, unveiled his "Dropped
Bowl of Sliced Oranges and peels", at the Government Center
adjacent to the Courthouse. This screen attempts to capture the colors
and nightscapes
unique to downtown Miami.
